Trust me. Where I live; finding a place to shoot is like running across a winged unicorn. It just doesn?t happen.

I met a guy and simply (and politely) asked. He said yes!  I finally called him back last week. He gave me the code to the padlock and said ? have at it?

What a great time!  No angry curmudgeon hollaring, ?range hot! Range cold! -).  No waiting for that super old guy taking baby steps back from the 300 yard range. Hehe. And no crowd clustered behind me waiting for me to vacate my bench. We have ONE gun range. It is super crowded. Expensive and the facility sucks.

I burned a huge hole into my .22 ammo supply!  My new rifle is dialed!

Man- rimfire is the best time. I love it. ( now I want a CZ 455 varmit 22).

That's awesome Cliff. Finding a good spot to shoot can be tough even here in Colorado. Sounds like it might save you the cost of paying range fees but maybe end up being more expensive in spent ammo!

Are you going to get him a thank you present?
