Goes without saying... This guy will be on the radar this season. Gonna be a long wait until season. :)

Night time pic is from January... The daylight pic is from last Thursday. Score guesses... (If you want, not forcing arms)?

Mid 60s.......
(II\'m guessing 166\" hard horned)

I would love to see a spread pic, but he\'s not scoring under 160.

I have a main frame ten that is probably his genetic line that grossed in the mid 170\'s he\'s as big and g4\'s are actually longer on this buck. I think he\'s somewhere in between high 160\'s to mid 170\'s. I\'ll need a little more clear photo of him too. I won\'t be passing him.

Pictures can be so deceiving and so can velvet.
I\'ve also noticed that if that is the side of the picture, game cameras tend to curve the racks and sometimes make them look better. I don\'t know with yours because you were smart and cropped it ;)

Like those g2s and 3s could be anywhere from 11-15\" so that\'s a lot in difference when trying to add up. Plus once the velvet goes I know it always breaks my heart hahah.

I think we are meeting at mid 60s so maybe that\'ll be his minimum.

Best way to tell is to kill him :)

Let us know if you get any more pictures. I\'d love to see width and a better picture of his mass.

I\'m guessing he isn\'t quite at 20\" spread and mass isn\'t as strong as his length, but then again........
I could be WAY WRONG.

REGARDLESS, you have a fantastic buck and I am very excited for you!!!!

Really like the the configuration! I like racks that have something about them that makes them unique. Course being big doesn\'t hurt! A shooter for sure.

I\'m going with 170\'s from the looks of that first picture.

Only way to truly know is to put a tape on the rack and in order for that to happen ..... :D

Surely you meant 171\"...

I just love that we\'ll be chasing him, AJ! Well, unless I kill him before you get here... gonna be fun! :) Oh, and kill an elk. We need backstrap steaks for camp.

If I am able to kill a nice one, I can make sure some makes it your way.....

You need to kill this buck first. :D

I just wanted to be \"that guy\" on the thread. Yep, looking forward to hunting together in November, going to be great!!

I\'d be happy if one of my buds or my wife killed this buck too. If I am blessed to be the recipient, I\'ll feel grateful. The fun now is hunting him. :)

Wow! That buck looks HUGE. I\'ll go out on a limb and say he\'s bigger than any of you have guessed. I\'m pulling for y\'all!

Yes, that\'s a dandy buck. Shooting him would be great for you and team 4.
Go get him!

happy hunting
Dan

Rick, what part of OK you from and hunt? Born in OKC and raised in Newcaslte - rural community about 15 mins South. I won\'t say which college I graduated from because we don\'t need the OU vs OSU stuff here! LOL!! :)

I generally hunt on a friends property around Weleetka and Okemah. Have my lifetime license so try to get back when I can. Hunted public land last year with Dan(Iccyman001) and took a young buck. He slayed a couple of really nice bucks last year.

Don\'t know if I\'ll be back for the rut but definitely the holiday antlerless season to hopefully get a doe with rifle and another with bow. Those OK whitetail make some great summer sausage and snack sticks!

Best of luck to you and AJ on your hunt!

Russ... I\'m from the Norman area.

I hunt in SE Oklahoma. Pittsburg county. If you come out to Waleetka, give me a holler and maybe we can meet up and have dinner. Good looking areas along the rivers in those areas you described. Best of luck!
