Hog on my hit list this fall

Got a hog that\'s high on my hit list this fall... He\'s showin\' up at my feeder durin\' the daylight hours a lot... Time and patiences may be all it takes to get um...

so how do you process them, just like any other hog or do you spend the money on sausage etc

Hogs are on my son\'s hit list. I\'ve been looking at buying him a hunt in Texas for Christmas. It\'s hard to justify though, we have feral hogs around here just not real thick.

I\'m about to start researching them. I may try to incorporate a little family vacation into the trip, that way the wife feels included.
