i bought the thing for turkey. i zeroed it at 30 yards which makes it a pretty efficient cottontail killer. at 20, i am one mil dot low, 10 yards, two mil dot low. (scope on 6x)

i am getting single ragged hole accuracy at 20..at 10yards it\'s a waste of pellets and atmosphere..it looks like one hole. i will set my turkey decoys up at 10 yards, so the bow shooter in the blind can have an easy crack..but for the pellet gun - eye ball shots!!

i learned that at max pressure, it tosses the pellet .25 inch to the left at 20 yards..after 3 shots, boom!! i now know not to pump it all the way up to 3000psi. (or dry fired it 3x before hand).

spring time needs to hurry up. the CA rainstorms should help with a healthy flock.

indeed! that is impressive.

what are you shooting?

I can see you have a case of the Februarys.

(nothing is in season, weather usually crummy)

for my case of the Februarys

1. I drug out the boat. the boy cleaned it out. I replaced two batteries and a boat seat ($201), put the fake-o-lake on and fired it up. She ran like a champ. we re-lined all 13 catfish reels. will be ready when march gets here. :)

2. tackled the \"alaska camper\" - we just bought it a month ago, and it needed a good bit of work. new tires, repacked bearings, got it inspected, registered, patched/sealed the roof and perimeter seams with what felt like 35 tubes of sealant. replaced a mattress, and stocked it up.

Februarys - good for doing all that stuff your wife wanted you to do in October....
