wow. things have changed..there are swabs, foams, etc.
new things on the market.
i am gonna start shooting my rifles again. i keep get invited to hunts on private property. i bring my bow, which is a big disadvantage if everyone is carrying a rifle. time to get on board with the program. to many wild hogs going on unharmed
my friends are really cool and tend to give me the nod to every hog since i brought the bow to the gunfight. we would kill more if i had a rifle

Weatherby Mark __ in .257 WBT magnum. i just bought two boxes of 100 grain norma spitzers..rifle should spit them out at 3600+ fps. i typically shoot 120 noslers, but i am at the mercy of my gun shops feeble ammo selection..quite frankly, i was stunned they had any at all. (serious chink in the weatherby armor is ammo availability)
+ a 30.06 bread and butter, vanilla gun.
i used to just use a brass brush, swab jag, one piece rod..some hoppes #9 and some remlube..
now there are \"snakes\"!!! i am not up to speed in gear.
