Hey everyone a buddy and I are going to hunt unit 17 in Idaho this coming September. I know its very rough country but thats one of the main reasons we chose it. I was hoping someone would have something nice to say about that unit and if there was any useful tips that can be shared with with me. It is my first time elk hunting and just trying to get as much info as I can. Thanks a ton in advance.
