Idaho Unit 46 Dec Bull Elk hunt

Fortunately secured a tag for a controlled rifle hunt for bull elk in Idaho Unit 46 for Dec 5 thru 31.  Any advice appreciated as I will be focusing on the south /southwest areas of the unit.  Bruneau to Murphy hot springs and east of Murphy along the state line.  Thanks in advance

I have hunted that unit many times for Deer and have come across some big bulls in the area of Saylor Cap Butte.  If you need someone to show you around and we have the same days off during your hunt then i would be more then happy to help you locate them.
