Losing arrows

Nothing makes me more angry!!!! Lost one in the back field. Looked for 2 hours. Even took the mower down and mowed the grass down to the dirt. It must have deflected. The search will continue tomorrow. On a side note, I found an arrow and a shotgun shell. All in the middle of a neighborhood. Haha

I have used my metal detector to find arrows that go into the grass

It\'s almost worth buying one to find a 10 dollar arrow. Frustrating!

i actually dont mind it.

unless its from something stupid..like sending an arrow into a tree from punching the trigger at half draw.

i watched a friend empty his quiver on a grouse in a tree..i had to stop him since we were deer hunting.

I have one marked on my GPS with photos of exactly where I was standing when I shot for reference. I was shooting at a grouse and shot low and it deflected high but I was more pissed I missed the grouse that I didn\'t follow the arrow to its grave. One day I will go find it. :x

Do you see it?! It was in a direct line with the target but went about 70 yards past the target!

It blends in pretty good.

Seems I\'ve rarely found them on a \"clean miss\" when hunting...putting blades on them makes them into tunnel rats I think!
