two things i want from a vendor.

1. purchase confirmation.
2. shipping notification and timeline for delivery.  it doenst have to even be fast!

that is it.  low hanging fruit in the internet business world.  i recently ordered a cooking pan and got confirmation and notice that a shipping tag was generated in 7 minutes.  extremely good..excessive almost.

some of these smaller vendors...argh.

I get so aggravated ordering online. I have placed orders on Thursday and pay the premium for 2 day delivery. I don?t get confirmation till Friday and it ships Monday and delivered Wednesday. I cuss my local dealers because they are double the price of online. I still shop mostly local because I hate to wait.
