I spoke with Travis and he told me that the 2017 Elk World calling Championship will be March 2-4th in....
NASHVILLE, TN!!!!!! :upthumb: :upthumb: :upthumb:



I\'m throwing this out now because I am most likely going to drag my trailer up there from Florida and go watch him destroy the competition!
I will have some room if anyone wants to make a trip! Maybe a little Trav support group/BTO meet up.
They, maybe after it\'s over we can head back down to Florida for some hog hunting and fishing......

I was reading a post on another site that said the RMEF banquet in Nashville will be a limited convention and the calling championship will not be there and the exhibits will not either. (This was posted from Corey Jacobson)

It seems they are having the Elk camp in Vegas and the convention in Nashville........ :dk:

OK guys I called RMEF today !!

So from what the lady I talked to said they will Not be doing the World Elk Calling Contest in Dec in Las Vegas or in Nashville !!! I said what\'s going on ?? She then say\'s they are still trying to lock down a location for March 2017.

She then went on to say keep checking the RMEF website for further updates !!

So basically it\'s up in the air and anyone\'s guess !! :dk:

Very good call !! But only one problem I\'d have Dan\'s greasy paw prints all over the World Elk Calling Championship trophy !!! He may even slobber on it !!! :mock:
