I used steves earlier this year and was very satisfied with the results. The problem is they are in $1.40 range, compared to reliable in Fort Collins that is .85. Sometimes you get what you pay for, sometimes not. Anybody have any ideas or opinions?
Sorry but Steve\'s is the only place in Denver area that I\'ve used and absolutely NEVER had any problems or questions about their work. Keep in mind that Steve\'s has a cap on elk price whereas most others don\'t mention it. Place here in Colorado Springs is $1.5 based on hanging weight so a decent bull at 400 lbs already has you at $600 without any sausage, snack sticks, etc...
