Moving to Coeur D'Alene ID next week.

New to Northern Idaho. Finally moving to the mountains after the last 14 years in Vegas and San Diego running a rat race......done with that crazy life...... I Have hunted CA, NV, UT, AZ, and KY the past 30 years. I plan on Elk hunting this fall for the 1st time. I am wondering if there are any hunters out there who would share some Idaho/Montana knowledge or be willing to meet up for some range time and shared stories/Brewskis this summer to help me get familiar with the area. Ex military, divorced, kids are grown.
I bow and rifle hunt as well.

Hunting, fishing, shooting, Jeepin, Mt biking, hiking, MMA, NFL, Hockey, drinking beer, chasing​ split tails....
