Hey Guys,
A good fiend of my just filled his tag on a Mt Lion hunt in Colorado today. Before he left I let him know I wanted all the meat I could get, knowing he hadn?t thought it was edible. Needless to say he is headed back to OK tomorrow with a cooler full of meat!
I do know the meat needs to be cooked to 165 to kill the trichinosis, and it?s allegedly a lot like pork. I?ve got some recipes already churning in my head but wanted to get some additional ideas from folks that may have cooked it before.
