Let\'s just throw it out there instead: What are your best mule deer hunting tips? We have got some folks on here who seem to fill their tags every year with good size bucks. What say you? What do you do that helps you to find success?

This has been my experience as well.

Here\'s my tip - only buy an elk tag and you are sure to see them.

Saw my 2 biggest mulies on my first OTC DIY bowhunt for elk in Colorado. They came into a pond that I was sitting over one night. Don\'t know how big they were, but they were 160\" +

For rifle hunters, the second week of November. That\'s when the big bucks you didn\'t even know existed seem to pop out of the woodwork.

For archery, find a good alfalfa field and sit on it.
