6x6 is right! He was there 2 hours before I showed up

I was thinking the same thing though, really cool rack, just wouldn\'t score too much.
I have fallen in love with some of those 4x4s and there is one 5x5 which makes me go nuts.

Do you know how hard it was taking the cameras from there to go hang for my elk hunt.... :agg:

Dang Dan you just wrecked my day. I went and pulled the cards out of my cams today and thought I had a couple of nice bucks on them. Boy was I wrong when I saw your pics.

Francis,
Lets see those N Minnesota WT pics !
When deer had to survive -40 temps, timber wolves and archery hunters, they get to be really smart

Here a old one. This buck was a 12 point but did not have tall tines on him. But look at the body on him. He was shot a mile for this pic in rifle season and field dressed 250lbs.

Those are some healthy looking bucks! That one that weighed 250 is a TANK.

Do you hunt private or pubic land up there?

I have a friend that was on the fire department with me that lets me and my kids hunt his 200 acres. The back side is state land.

I will have some more new pics tomorrow. I only have one spare card for my cams right now so I pulled one and will switch out the other tomorrow.
Our bucks are definitely behind yours growth wise this year. Hard winter and late spring. They still have not fattened up this year.
This one should be a good one in another year.

Here is a couple from another cam.

We had a really bad winter for the deer and have lots of dry does this year. This is the second one I got pics of that looks like she is still pregnant.

The area looks a bit open and you have several pics. You must have your cam along a trail. I like that 10pt with the tall tines in the night pic. Nice pics.

You are correct.

One of my great spots is at a funnel right outside of a great bedding area. Another is right next to a great feeding/bedding area, I have that camera posted at a giant trail intersection and that\'s my main honey hole.

I have many other spots, but those two are my favorite.

Looked at those pics on my phone last night. Nice bucks. Good luck on them. I haven\'t even scouted for deer this year except during turkey season. What state are they in?

This is public land in Oklahoma.

Do you hunt public or private up in MO?

Public, except for my 40 acres but it doesn\'t hold many deer. I just hunt it so I can keep an eye on it and watch for poachers.
