CC means Credit Card. He is saying that the AZ charged his credit card, therefore, the tag was drawn.

CO hits your CC when you apply and refunds it if you lose out. Even when only applying for a PP, you pay the full tag price when applying. I call it a temporary donation of hundreds of dollars to the state of CO.

I wish more states were like that. only took it when you won. not right away and make money off of the interest....
