Dropped some stuff off at my cousins house fri. Her husband whom I am good friends with and worked with for 10 yrs was talking about his AK moose hunt a few years ago. He said he would love to go again. I said \"Let\'s go\" only half serious after all my Hubby points I\'ve been cashing in chasing Elk. \"OK\" he said \"I\'ll start setting it up. It\'ll be between 2-3 grand. 2015 or 2016?\"

I let it sit for a couple days, then yesterday after church and a good day of working together I brought it up. \"ya know, round trip to Fairbanks is only about $650.\"

She said \"I guess we\'ll have to find more room for a moose head.\" That\'s as good as a \"yes\" right?

SCORE!!!! Those prices sound cheap, well relatively speaking. I\'ve only been to Alaska once but I would love to get back up there again. Have fun planning that trip, I can only imagine how time is going to drag by for you.

I was telling my wife about this post last night. She knows one of these day I\'m going to attempt to moose hunt. Her response was send the guy a message and see if his wife has a sister. :lol:

I\'m just happy she\'s not been so against my elk hunting. I\'ll just have to build up to the moose hunt.
