i am bummed!!!

she said, \"Let\'s Move\". well krap. she loves her new job. loves it!! it is really kumbayah. grass-roots health education, providing help for the masses. perfect for her. but the commute is really brutal. 60 miles of absolute hell.

i talked to my supervisor secretly (unbeknownst to my wife) and asked about a transfer. he said he hates to see me go, but will transfer me to another supervisor gladly. anything to help.

now we have a few things to figure out. sell my house? rent my house? the move itself is gonna suck bigtime. i hate moving!! this is my first house i bought as a card carrying bachelor. the cost of the new house would really play into the rent vs sell debate, i suppose. either way, kitchen remodel still happens..but to a different degree. spit shine versus deeper durable remodel.

bright side? i will be in wine country. Sonoma County. it will be way less busy and crowded than the Bay Area i live in now. if we want to come to San Francisco, it isnt a huge drive. easy day trip. i will also be really really close to the only public land wild pig hunt. to kill one you really need great intel and a close proximity. all the successful guys run multiple game cameras and hunt all the time!! more hunting in general. deer..etc.

i really hate change. i dont like that about myself. hahah.

dude, your suppose to move to the elk country of somewhere, not the wine country. lol. seriously though, good luck with your move, it takes about a year to get settled in, make new friends, etc.and, if my wife finds out your in wine country i will be bunking with you, lol. just kidding of course.

Wine season is all year long, and there\'s no permit. Good spot to be. Travel for hunting.

If Momma ain\'t happy, ain\'t nobody happy! Don\'t worry -- she\'ll tell you what to do.

And your answer will be \"yes dear\"

\"Yes dear\" is a great response. Good luck on your move. That part of California is very scenic.

I\'ve been looking at Real Estate in Arizona lately...no love for the direction my home State is heading :downthumb:

Just sayin\'...if she is really motivated to move.... ;)

In all seriousness Cliff...My Brother in Law lives in Santa Rosa...we travel down there several times a Year. Perhaps we could meet up sometime. :upthumb:

Regardless what happens Cliff, best of luck to you!

Moving can be a lot of fun, but also is a huge pain in the behind.
I feel really bad for you if you have to do any painting.........

As for hunting, I will always extend the hunting invitation to anyone!
If you want to hunt NM let me know, we just have to get you drawn.

I will also take anyone who wants to try whitetail hunting out to Oklahoma.
