I need some help with calling a bull in he will call when I call but ever time I get closer to him he just keeps bulging farther away. its like he wants nothing to do with me and he does not smell me if any one has any tips or advices for me

Be more aggressive.  This is likely a smart old bull whose got himself a good harem going and is trying to avoid the fight if he can.  Get in as close as possible calling as little as possible and start calling when your're within 100-75 yards.  Get on his elevation on the hillside and start going in.  Don't mind your noise as much as you usually do and close that gap keeping a keen eye out for cows who might bust you.  If you get close enough and send him some challenge bugles he'll likely turn to meet you and you can put him down.

Otherwise... If he is traveling along a predictable route from bedding to cover, sit along the route ahead of where you predict him and wait it out, or hot foot it in an arch out of earshot and get up ahead of him.  Spring an ambush when he comes up the path.

In my area if he has got his cows than you are not going to call him in, You are either going to sneak in quit, get in close and rack a tree without bugling to get him curios enough to come look or be close and hope he circles around his cows before they take off like they often do, this may get him close enough for a shot.

Make sure you have someone with you.  Have them bugle or call, then you head right for the bull, then have them call again & each time you get in as close as you can for a shot.  If you are calling and trying to sneak in, it will rarely work.  They just keep moving away from you, cause they dont want to leave there cows.    But make sure you have someone else calling & you get the job done.  good luck

In aus on the red deer you can generally only roar in the younger or satellite stags. It's not bad for locating but generally here the big old dominant stags know they're the biggest, badest mothers in the bush so they don't have to roar nor do they have to justify themselves to the satellites all around. And as has been said they lead the harem away once a stag starts roaring near them.

There are always exceptions though, a good friend shot a very nice red stag last year that he had roaring.
