Hey everyone, new to this forum and bow hunting. I drew out for Elk in GMU53 in NM and going at it solo as of now. I have hunted (rifle) since I was young and have been Yote/Predator hunting for the last 5 years but got outta hunting while in the Military. I decided it was time to set new goals in life and challenge myself in ways I haven't in years. I have been scouting a couple times and am in very good physical condition. I would welcome any of you to join me whether you are new or an experienced bow hunter. I intend to hunt Opening day then return every weekend. Planning to go up in the backcountry wilderness for up to 5 days between the 17th or 18th until the 21st or 22nd of Sept. Let me know if you're interested. I would also be willing to join a group or individual on their hunt so that I can gain knowledge and experience.
