I recently registered to this sight and now make it part of my nightly research. Seems that many posts have been drudges up and new topics started recently which is great. I decided I would jump in and provide some information rather than just glean from all of you. I appreciate it greatly.
I am a Utah resident and will hunt Muleys with Blackpowder this fall and antler less elk with my Kimber 325wsm. I will also be guiding my three teenagers on their rifle deer and antler less elk hunts. Can't wait for the season to arrive. Had to put away the bow this year, but will resurrect it for next year likely.
I hold 15 limited entry elk points for Utah and can't wait to put my hands on some big antlers. I have shot numerous cows, a spike and one small branch antlered bull in my years of hunting elk.
