Welcome, Just take a look around and im sure the questions you have brewing are somewhere within this site.  Great group of hunters here with many years of experiance.  you will find out there isnt just one way to do things and thats what i love about reading what other people have to say.  It has helped me figure out some things i was working on changing for the upcoming year.
