Open/Closed roads

Bouncing back and forth between CO Hunting Atlas and GE I see a few well used roads that aren\'t \"open\" on the OHV map. How do you tell if you can use it or not? And what if you don\'t and other people do? How have guys dealt with this dilemma?

Some roads will have logging operations on it, and that will be a seasonal closure.
A call to the FS to determine access due to timbering would be a good idea.

Other roads/trails only have a marker that tells what is allowed [see below]
But there are still people that use ATVs and go around these markers when they arent supposed to
The CPW officers can now give tickets to NF violations, so that helps some.
