Ron wold has posted the odds of drawing tags here in Oregon. As a resident I am 100% to draw my any elk muzzleloader tag. Google his name and you will find the website.
I gave up on wenaha after they added the spike hunt and now the wolves.. Not to mention your chasing the tag, becuase each year it seems like it takes more points than the last.
