Last night I got a great phone call. Mark, the owner of Wilderness Athlete, called me about 9 p.m. thanking for buying his products, hoping that I have good results, and wishing me luck for the upcoming hunting season. He never asked for another purchase, just wanted to say \"thank you.\" He even left me his cell number.

I have purchased exactly one product, Altitude Advantage, once two years ago and this year. I do not know for sure if it made a difference or not, but I never had a challenge with altitude when I\'ve taken it. For $30 its cheap compared to the $1500 trip.

So I figured Mark deserves a little endorsement from me. How many products have you purchased this year, and how many owners took the time to call and say thanks?
 
I\'m looking for new panniers, and I know who I\'m going to give first chance to sell them to me. I\'m going to go to the Denver sports show in January ... a guy there last year selling some high quality panniers. I didn\'t buy them that day, but wish I did ... I prefer to buy things face-to-face when I can. (Not too many faces where I live, though, so Amazon.com gets a lot of business, too.)

Anyway, I enjoy the trade shows, and you usually can wiggle a discount there, too.
