Pikes Peak snow

Thought some of you might enjoy if not familiar with our great state of CO. Pikes Peak is one of the most popular/visited mountains in the United States. Not uncommon to have snow in the summer but figured this was cool to see a dusting on August 25th! Link is to cams on top that show 360 degrees.

I remember driving from TX straight to the top of the peak. We saw big horns at the top. It was a nice seeing a huge ram 10 yds away. It was sleeting when we got up to the top. I think it was about 90 at the base during August. I didn\'t last long on top. The altitude got to me. Not good driving from a little over sea level to over 14,000 feet!!!
