Predator AR?

Does anyone on here have an AR they built for predators?

I have an AR just sitting in my closet and I was thinking about doing a few things to it for a solid coyote and hog gun.




What did you all do to yours?

i have one i built awhile back. its got a burris predator rifle scope on it, went with a ss match grade barrel, and has a bipod mounted on the front. not much else for p dogs and yotes. if i was goin hog huntin i would prob get a 300 acc upper and stick in on my lower. little more firepower. i also put a micro red dot scope mounted at a 45 degree angle for fast accusition of two legged predators. oh, and a muzzle break/compensator instead of the standard a2 flashhider.

oh yea, forgot, i also bought 4lb springs for the trigger and put them on, its very crisp and light for 12 bucks. the one i built a couple years ago i put a rock river 2 stage nm trigger in, it was very nice also and a good shooter with a rock river coyote special upper and a nikon p series scope. but i dont have that anymore. and dont like or want a 2 stage trigger for my home gun.

Yep got a couple built and all I\'ve got the tools to true reciever and getting the best out of it a whole variety one has a heavy barrel and most others have the Hbar profile we use a 24\" barrel we like the velocity and that that we are getting out of them one has a krieger barrel most others have er shaw all seem to shoot quite well also went to single stage triggers on all. Oh and we found we like the 1in 9 twist for a kinda all around it typically shoots the lighter varmint bullets better than a 1:8 or 1:7
