Refurbished Sandisk SD cards

Hope I didn\'t just screw the pooch but I bought 10 Refurbished 8 Gb Sandisk SD cards online for $20. I poked around on the internet and these have a 1 year warranty from Sandisk and great price so figured what the heck. Seller on Ebay was from Croatia but invoice said from China - so I guess they came to the U.S. a secret route!

I\'ve added cameras for this fall so wanted enough cards to just swap out quickly and look at later.

Did some tests last night and this morning with my trail camera and seem to be working fine. Only issue I had was when I put one in my digital camera and took some pics then tried to use that card in my trail camera - gave me some kind of SD card reader error. I formatted the card and it worked fine in the trail camera. So, I went ahead and formatted all of the cards just for grins before using.

Will update if I start having issues but thought others might be interested if running many cameras. Plus, a 8 Gb Sandisk for $2 is a screaming deal!

John, bought off Ebay. Do search on Sandisk refurbished 8 Gb. Click on the Auction tag(there\'s All, Auction and Buy Now). You will see some from a high rated seller in Czech Republic. Name is Topa-trading. I just looked and some are going much higher than $20 but look a few days out and start tracking ones then bid last minute.
