No, once the tags are cut off with out a defect they will not take them back.

Im not surprised, which is unfortunate.  It seems that when a company starts out low key they make all sorts of accommodations for folks until they blow up, then all of a sudden they become picky and unreasonable.  If they were 10.5's I'd be sending you the money right now!
