my wife isnt working right now so we sold our house. have no idea where we are headin to, but will have to go somewhere in a mos. its an adventure for sure. prayers for guidance would be appreciated.
good, saw alot of elk sign. great weather, mosquitoes bout ate us up, but taught him alot in one trip.
thanks for the thoughts. life has a way of working out, just stressful at times, for all of us.
with the growing number of people I talk to that are in need of a job, I am glad that both of us chose our occupations. both provide for plenty of job security..... I hope everything works out well for you.
actually i dont. i would like to stay out here but its to expensive on my income alone. that may be an option but doubt it. the wife wants to go back to mo. so, we literally dont have any plans. we are gonna sit down this weekend an start eliminating places, looking at cost of living etc an go from there. if we leave co im thinking i might stay thru august then take september off an hunt then go wherever.
basically though it all comes down to cost of living vs where we can live on my salary. hows the cost of living in laramie, i know a great op room nurse, lol.
thanks swede, ive never been to oregon, would like to see it someday. my wife had a job offer years ago there but we decided not to go. i appreciate the prayers.
Scott, there are quite a few nursing opportunities here in Colorado Springs. My wife recently applied for a surgery nurse but didn\'t have enough experience yet. I think you could get by on surgery nurse pay here. If times get tight, hitch a ride to Unit 2 with me next year!
thanks for the thougths guys. i am prob gonna head back to missouri, the cost of living is much lower for housing. but will definately be out for elk season an hopefully a mulie some day. nothing set in stone yet, still looking for a place i can live on my salary an is quiet.
thanks steve. looks like my wife an son will be headed to a town just south of springfield in a couple weeks. if i come back it will be after september. would love to get together sometime though.
My sister lives in West Branson. Maybe I\'ll come by and see you sometime if we ever get back that way for a visit with her.
Just be careful what you discover in them hills. People get mighty protective of them things that have the coiled copper tube coming out the top. :haha:
My sis lives in Springfield, we get out to Branson once a year usually. Hope to meet you. You get settled in let me know and I\'ll try to find you some duck hunting spots over this way.
