Brad: I think you ask about dehydrating some elk Spaghetti here awhile back. So check this out. There are also several other dehydrated dishes on the sidebar that may be worth looking at.
 
Like I mentioned, I made spaghetti for supper.
Just me, looks like leftovers!

With as much Elk meat you have there every meal you have will have \"Elk\" in it........... :D

I was in Cabelas yesterday and they had a darn good meat grinder on sale for $159. So, I used up most of my Cabelas points. When we got home, Kathy ground up a chuck roast and got out the jerky shooter. She has been making hamburger jerky all day.
