i took an online test at the hospital while waiting and bored out of my mind.

it was \"how long do you expect to live?\" something like that. i was curiously surprised that the first third of the questions was about sunscreen and my exposure level to the sun.

(last two thirds were the usual, smoking, eating, etc type questions)

i just had something burned off my face by my doc..harmless but was a result of my careless fun in the sun.

i\'m going to make a commitment to smear some sunscreen on my face as a daily ritual. lucky my wife is a sunscreen addict. she explores and test many samples. right now she has some from France that is not FDA approved. :) i already wear a hat daily to protect my bald head :(

it is fantastic. no sizzling eyeballs when i sweat. and it seems to be helping. takes a few seconds to wipe it on.

this is my PSA..

I\'m nearly 70 years old and live in the south where the sun shine is abundant... Never used sunscreen and have been sunburned seavel time when a kid... Only problem I\'ve had with my skin is a spot on my left ear and that\'s been about 3 years ago... Of course we never had sunscreen when I was a kid even though we had suntan lotion.. Didn\'t use it either... Just my experience but I always dressed for the sun and wore a cap about 99% of the time...

Never wore sunscreen til about 10 years ago. Now if I am going to be out for an extended amount of time I wear sunscreen. I have also had 2-3 pre cancers burned off. No big deal but I go to the Dermatologist yearly just in case.
