SW Colorado Public Land

I have hunted with an outfitter out of Colbran the last few years, but looking for some good public land in the Grand Mesa area to walk in on.  Any thoughts or suggestions? This would more than likely be a solo trip this time around!  Thanks.

A good area to hike into is the area around Indian Point. There is one outfitter that rides horses in there, but the rest is just a couple of locals that know what lives there.....

Thanks! I'll take a look at that and see what shakes out.  Money is just too tight to swing an outfitted hunt this year.
