yes, perfectly suitable for your height and for a 2-3 day hike. You can adjust the straps accordingly to fit your shoulder and hip ratio.

I used a Tenzing for a few years and then bought an EXO for this year. I trained with the EXO for a couple of months and couldn't believe how comfortable it was. When archery deer season opened I used my Tanzing for a day trip and was shocked at how uncomfortable it was now that I had a really nice Exo pack. To each his own, but I really prefer the EXO.

I prefer Mystery Ranch, the metcalf specifically. And the Exo pack.  Those both do well for taller folks and can pack everything into the woods and even more out
