it\'s helpful.
some guy took some turkey hunting seminar. he was talking bad about a couple of fellow students. one person showed up with a gun with an improved cylinder..another improper turkey shotgun loads (not legal in some states).
i grew up under tyrannical rule from my older sister. it made me a judgmental person. my wife has managed to help me deprogram myself from that type of person.
i asked this person at the turkey class..why didnt you help the two newbies? instead of the eye rolling, and statements like \"some people dont have a clue\"..reach out and help.
i think it\'s difficult for some people to step outside of their comfort zone. to step into a turkey hunting class as a newb cant be easy. and YES, despite what people say, there is such a thing as a dumb question (hey, i\'m a judgmental person work in progress)..i try to handle them differently.
i think people join forums for different reasons. some to learn, some to show off elk photos..some to help. on some forums, some join to judge others..(rhymes with \"marchery balk\")
this forum is pretty damn friendly. until i tip an elk over with my bow..i\'ll be the newb.
