What does your weapon weight?
Bow or gun or ML

Fully loaded with arrows, quiver, stabilizer

Fully loaded with bullets, sling, scope.

Dont guess, weigh them up and post the weights here

I just weighed my bow as I use it for hunting and it weighs a even 6 pounds.

My bow (bear attitude) comes in at 5.5lbs
My usual go-to elk rifle (winchester model 88 in 308) comes in at 8.3lb

My rifle weighs in right at 10lbs loaded up and with a bi-pod that I will occasionally use, it weighs just over 11lbs.

6.5 lbs bow with everything.

I weighed it a month ago when I found myself dropping my bow before release. Working on my Deltoids now. Starting to see an improvement.

Now see, there you go again Swede. Directly disobeying Brad\'s explicit directions. I can understand that since you generally sit more than walk, ounces and pounds may not have quite the same effect as someone who runs and guns, so to speak, and hence, no scale.

I actually don\'t know how much my archery set-up weighs either. I guess it is what is is. I do only carry four arrows and use only a 7\" stabilizer.

I will weigh mine very soon on my meat scale

Remember, you can step on a bathroom scale with the bow and then step on without it...
Subtract step two from step one.
Easy math... :)

Yep, this is what I did. It\'s weird to read the scale when you are weighing yourself with your weapon of choice! Do that every morning and I would be convinced in a hurry to lose some weight!

My bathroom scale lost it\'s accuracy years ago....

But I know my .270 Win Tikki T3 Lite with scope and loaded it plenty light enough in weight for me to carry... :upthumb: :upthumb:

Haven\'t handled my bow since 2005 which was the last year I got to elk hunt...

I\'ll have to weigh my bow set up.

My rifle, a Winchester Model 70 300 Win Mag with BOSS and tilting Harris Bipod comes in at 9.8lbs w/o ammo.
