To Call or Not To Call...

You are maneuvering through the timber on your way to a spot where you are hoping to do your second calling set of the morning. It is still fairly early, 8:15am, when all of a sudden you hear a bull sound off about 300 yards ahead of you and slightly above you. How many of you are going to utilize a call in this situation? Tell me why or why not and what your plan of attack would be.

300 yards is too far for me. I\'d try to cut down the gap and get less than 100 yards away.
I wouldn\'t want to get too close if I don\'t have him pinpointed, so 100 yards or less is a good number for me.
Id be focused on the wind, get set up and then do some cow calling.

I would try to sneak in to the spot he was at. If he seemed to move off I will set up there and call a while. I would rather arrow him with no calls. Just sneak in see him and put an arrow through him.

Check the wind, get into position of the wind, move as close as I dare (under 100 yards of possible) and wait a few minutes to listen for him to sound off again. If he doesn\'t, then I will hit him with some calling. If he does sound off I\'m continuing to move in if I can for a shot without calling.
