i am afraid im either over doing it or i might have an issue when going up hill im having some pretty intense top of knee pain but its random any ideas? i hate to back off to much and i damn sure hate to go get an MRI. also having some really stiff ankles in the mornings pretty sure thats age catching up along with a little extra weight im carrying around the middle

It's not a cure all, but are you taking supplements daily (Glucosamine and Fish Oil are two I'd suggest for anyone over 40 to help with joints - like me :D )

Ice that knee for 15-20 min, 2x daily and rest for 2-3 days. Then start out reasonable. I'm nodoc (studied PT in school) but that's where I'd start before seeing the doc.

I've been saying lately that inflammation is the wonder of the 40's...gotta master it.Look into joint flossing...it does wonders for inflammation.  Can't overcome a tear, but you can do much about pain and inflammation...supplements, ice, all good...put flossing in your rotation.

BTW...I was skeptical before trying it.  Knees, elbows - no more tendonitis.

well thankfully i dont have the inflammation but it looks like a good wrap i have used wraps before i was looking at some performance tape  like the Olympic Beach volley ball team uses they sell it at my running store.ill have a look for the voodoo wrap

I couldn't hunt anymore if it wasn't for this product. It keeps my lower back, and all my joints pain free.
