Hahahaha, gotta love when that happens! I had the same thing happen a few years back after not punching my elk tag. Was driving home and a few miles from my folks place where we all congregate to for unpacking was a heard of elk just sitting off the side of the road. And to think we drove five hours from there to go find the damn things! :haha:

yep, cant count the times im sure there isnt a critter in the country, then while im walking out one steps out right by the vehicle
