Well, I\'ve been sick for a week and the wife said I looked extremly pail tonight so she took me in. The Dr. ordered X-Ray. Diagnosis......pneumonia! No workouts for a few weeks! :-(

We get a lot of business that way. Spouses usually have good noses for trouble.

Get good nutrition ... I think it\'s a huge factor in how quickly one recovers.
