Son and I are going for the first time in Nov in Co, horse packing in what do we need for water proof bags to keep our clothes and things dry in case of bad weather on the way in? TIA
Everything I bring in gets put and organized in roll top dry bags before it goes in my pack. Helps organize and keep dry. At camp every morning before I leave I put my sleeping bag and a change of clothes in one dry bag so in the event the unexpected happens (tent collapses, bear gets in, etc...) my most critical tools for survival are still intact.
