Waterproof Boots

I have 2 pairs of danner pronghorn boots and they were waterproof for a while then both lost that ability. One pair even shrunk and now I can't wear them.  What is the best waterproof boot I can try?

I bit the bullet and bought a pair of Kenetrek's two years ago after a foot injury.  I was looking for something super stable but also waterproof and warm.  This boot definitely fit the bill.  While the price is a bit painful at first, a solid pair of boots is definitely worth it.  If your lucky, get a pair on sale.  For the most part I wear the boots all of rifle season unless it gets super cold ( below zero ).  Also, last year I used the waterproofer that came with them and they have performed flawlessly so far.

I've been using Danner's for many years and I too have found that they have a very limited "waterproof" lifespan. After the first year, I use Obenauf's LP and my feet stay dry. The last jar of Obenauf's had a strong scent when I applied it, but it faded fairly quick(Previous jars id not smell much at all).
Love the comfort of the Danner, but I might be looking around for something new in a couple years too.
Good Luck
