LOVE my wife. HATE shopping for her.

i tried the jewelry route before, and clearly our taste in the stuff varies wildly apart. fail!! hobby stuff? oh boy..more fails.

this year, we made it more ...no MUCH more difficult because we are saving $$ to buy a second house, so we are not spending alot of money on each other. holy krap..i already have my sleeping bag ready for sleeping on the couch..hahahhah..

as bad as i am gifting to her..her gifts to me..haha..i try to help her by putting cool ass inexpensive things in her Amazon wish-list as nuggets of HINTS. obvious nuggets of hints.

she is frozen, and we have a cold weather camping trip coming up...so i bought her some First Lite Merino for a stocking stuffer. (total BS how ladies stuff is cheaper than men\'s stuff..):)

i think i just take her to her favorite San Fransisco restaurant which hopefully works. probably over her mental budget by a long shot, but i\'m desperate. our couch sucks.

hha..

i asked for a ruger MIII pistol..my ears are still ringing with the \"NO!\" i got..hahha..

funnest handgun i ever shot. and cheap!!

Shopping for my wife is the hardest thing I do for Christmas. This year I got lucky. She has lost her umbrella. She knows she forgot it somewhere, and left it behind because the rain stopped. With this El Nino weather, she really needs a new one, so I will get it for her. :D

Lucky!!

I was awful as a boyfriend gifter. Lucky she still married me with some of the turd gifts i wrapped up and handed her. Haha.

We are vacationing to Massachusetts to visit my family for Christmas. That is our gift to each other.

After we had kids, we stopped buying presents before Christmas. We have a big extended family, so we buy for them and our kids. We wait until the day after Christmas to head out together and hit up the stores for sale items and buy what we want. But, The last couple of years I have been hitting the Black Friday sales at internet stores like KUIU, Backcountry, First Lite, etc. I did that this year, so I have to wrap my Kryptek jacket and put it under the tree!

we do the what do you want route.... I lost my wedding ring in Idaho, that\'s mine. she wanted a fitbit watch. she got hers already. easy peasy.....

My wife likes junktiques. Similar to antiques just not over 100 years old. I have no problem buying for her and I even get some given to me. :upthumb: :upthumb: :upthumb:
