Where you are , there should be mushrooms popping about now. Also some good bowfishing and squirrel season coming on also.

Sounds like my uncle when we used to go spring turkey hunting. He spent more time looking for shrooms than trying to kill turkey.

I play golf as my summer hobby. Outside of a camping/scouting trip here or there and maybe a little fishing, that is the main thing I do.

mushrooms will be gone by the time i get home. im lookin for a longer trip. i could go trout fishing or golf, but was lookin for something i either havnt done or havnt done is awhile. may take my son to shiloh.

Well I did a silly thing and fertilized my lawn before this last snowstorm.
That means I will be mowing lawn at least once a week for most of the summer. :(

But I go fishing as much as I can.
Ride my Harley.
Go camping.
Pretty soon summer is over and I wonder what I did :)

My plans for this summer will include a trip with the family to Sea World and then Corpus Christie TX followed by several trips to the mountains for camping and scouting for elk. Possibly squeeze in a little golf as well.

My summer sounds like Brads.

Canoe/fishing trip into Canadian bush.
Bass fishing tournaments.
Salmon fishing on Lake Michigan.
Ride Bike.
Camping trips.
Shingle our house. :downthumb:

Lots of boating and camping and riding the Rzr around. Trying to get all the stuff around the house done now so I can play more when it gets nice out.

Those look like fun toys, Pike!

My summer will be camping, hiking, scouting, and preparing for the move.

If you like fishing and hunting, try spearfishing if it\'s legal where you live.. Combines the best of both worlds. I started about 6 years ago and now wish I would have started 20 years ago.

It\'s a hoot and pretty inexpensive to get outfitted compared to all the grinning and good eats you\'ll be getting out of it.

that does sound fun rudy, i will have to research that. the waters in mo are pretty dingy and dark though
