I was going to use Slick Trick 100\'s but then I tried the Muzzy Trocar 100\'s. Both fly well. Any preferences?

I used to shoot Muzzys.
I switched to Slick Trick for a couple reasons

Muzzys werent as sharp out of the box, and I couldnt re-sharpen them

ST flew much better. The blades are heavier and tougher, and they can be re-sharpened with ease

i couldnt get muzzys to fly right. not saying they wont, just that my set up didnt like them at all. slick tricks fly great, are cheap, an even wal mart has em this year

I went with the Slick Trick Viper Tricks because they look cool.

In seriousness, though, they fly very well, and I like the idea of a cut-on-contact fixed-blade head.

If I wasn\'t shooting them well, I might be tempted to go back to Magnus stingers.

i\'m shooting slick tricks haven\'t seen any reason to change .yes other heads fly good but like stated blades are sharp from package and I have always had good blood trails and usually watch them drop or they are not far.

are the Trocar the muzzy\'s with that tiny bend in the blades..you have to slip them into a \"L\" shaped slot?

if so, those are not easy for us ham-fisted guys.

I used Muzzy\'s for years and shot a lot of animals with them. My son talked me into trying slick tricks and and I am glad he did! They are just more forgiving for me. I shoot the viper tricks.
