Who puts infor out of state elk hunts? What states?

Just wondering who puts in for out a state elk hunts and which states??

AZ - Building points hoping someday for a good archery tag
WY - Building points for who knows what tag
UT - Should draw my archery tag in the next few years
ID - Trying to get lucky on the early rifle tag
CO - 3 points, planning on hunting this year

Utah resident but also put in for Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, and once in a while Montana. Use Idaho for a back up plan over the counter tag.

Wyoming Elk ,Deer points only both
California no drawing for my deer zone 2 tags.
