I came across this cool site that has lots of info - there is even an APP.
This site gives you updated weather and forecasts too

Go to the site and search for your area.
> Select the closest weather station
> Select Report
> Select Wind Statistics
Once that page opens, your will see a graph that shows a percentage of the wind direction for the YEAR
On the left, there is a list of Months
> Select the month you want the data
Now you will see the dominant wind direction for that particular month!
