I would probably pass the cow on the first day but I wouldn\'t pass any bull bigger than a spike. Even though I would be happy with a cow, I wouldn\'t want my hunt to end so quickly. I do realize that I would probably regret my decision later.

Yes to #1 and yes to the first-day cow. Filling the freezer doesn\'t mean a hunt is over: you can always help someone else get their elk, or fish and hunt small game. Win-win!

Completely agree with you Chica! I even used some time this year to do a little scouting. Nothing like scouting during the season!
