Adding Trimmer Line to Arrow Experiment

Just got back from the bowshop. My new bow is set at 70# and is shooting my 412 gr arrow at 276fps. I may bump the arrow weight up a little, not sure yet. What do you guys think?

Take a couple arrows and try the trimmer string. You might just like the results. Even if the numbers on paper are not very different.

There is a lot to be said about being confident in your setup.

Just bought some more Carbon Express Mutiny 350\'s on clearance at WalMart - $4 each. Can\'t beat that deal! Bought the last 14 they had.

What I find most interesting with this thread & these results is the lighter arrow is going to out perform after about 40 yds. I haven\'t done the math on it but I\'ve always been a \"heavy thinker\" & currently shoot a 550 grain package. It makes me think tho! Anything over 40 yds or 50 for sure & the lighter arrow takes over & delivers more KE. I have always thought it would be further downrange before this happens.
