Any advice on the cheapest state and availability to get a tag.  Im in Washington so the closer the better!!

I don't know about cheapest but Wyoming is where it's at when it comes to antelope hunting. With a little effort you can fi d an area with several waterholes and kill a decent buck. I would say its the most guaranteed hunt I have been on. Killed three off the same water hole in three years hunting them. All 12-14 inch bucks. You can find bigger but I am happy with each of them. All kills with a bow within 40 yards. One from a plywood blind I put up a few weeks prior to hunt and two from a pop up blind.

Idaho has an unlimited bow tag in the southwest corner.  I will be buying it this year. I live in this area and there are tons of Pope and Young Bucks running around.  311.75 for the tag and 154.75 for the tag plus 14.75 for the application.  so your looking at 481.25 for a great chance at harvesting a big buck.
